Safety
Using Immunization Cards safely.
Immunization Cards is an independent directory, not an emergency service.
In an emergency, call 911. Immunization Cards cannot respond to urgent situations.
How we keep matching safe
Immunization Cards lists independent immunization providers. Credentials are shown as provided and checked where possible; that is not an endorsement or a guarantee of outcomes. Always confirm a immunization provider’s license or credentials yourself before you hire them.
Everything published here is educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment — only a licensed clinician can decide what is right for you after an evaluation.
